ARBOCK LABS

ARBOCK LABS is an independent software and applied-AI studio, currently being structured. It builds web applications, automations and custom software through human-directed AI-assisted development.

The studio is led by one person. There is no hidden staff. AI tools carry out implementation, testing and documentation work under his direction and review, and they are described here as tools, not as people.

Guilherme Cavalcanti

Guilherme Cavalcanti (GitHub: @lughlammas) is responsible for ARBOCK LABS. He directs the AI tools, defines the acceptance criteria, inspects results and decides what ships.

His public work includes a Next.js proposals application with authentication and server-side PDFs, a chess analysis environment with an Android build, and the written method he uses to coordinate AI-assisted work.

Languages: Portuguese (native), English (fluent), Spanish (fluent).

Principles

• Working software over claims. If something was not run, it is not reported as passing.
• Limits written down. Every case study lists what is missing.
• No invented proof. No client logos, testimonials or metrics that do not exist.
• Owner approval for irreversible steps.
